Please allow up to 5 business days for processing from receipt of payment. Orders typically ship within the 5th business day after receipt of full payment.
Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed packing slips. We will issue a store credit upon receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. There are no refunds, no exceptions.

Shipping fees are non refundable.
We are not responsible for lost packages once shipped and tracking number has been sent. You must submit your claim through USPS. We do not issue refunds for packages that show delivered.
All returned items will be inspected for signs of wear and smells, in the event the items are not in there original condition no store credit or exchange will be given.
Please only send send returns via USPS. The item is your responsibility until It reaches us. Therefore for your protection we recommend that you send parcels using a delivery service that insures you for value of the goods.
Please note will will exchange an item that is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow up to 7 working days for an exchange to be processed. Credit amounts do not cover shipping.
