Please allow 2 to 4 business days for processing from receipt of payment. Orders typically ship within the 5th business day after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of item.

For ready to wear items you can exchange for a different size only!
For Custom items there are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. Returned Merchandise must be in its original manufactured packaging with all tags attached and no signs of wear or smell. Any items that show signs of wear will be denied for return or exchange.

Please be sure to read item description and view sizing chart to ensure correct purchase is made. All items will come as described.

Any Merchandise marked “ Final Sale’ are final sale NO EXCEPTIONS!

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet or standards and that shows signs of wear .

Returns for store credit must be made with in 24 hours of us receiving your returned item and shipping of the returned item will be the customers responsibility.

Shipping fees are non refundable.

We are not responsible for lost packages once shipped and tracking number has been sent. You must submit your claim through USPS. We do not issue refunds for packages that show delivered.

All returned items will be inspected for signs of wear and smells, in the event the items are not in there original condition no store credit or exchange will be given.
