If your tracking shows that your order was delivered and you have not received It, you must follow up with USPS. We are not responsible for packages that show delivered.

Quin Nicholee will confirm that your order has been delivered by USPS upon inquiry. Updated Return Policy

In an effort to continue to provide our customers with the best in customer service and to keep ensure the quality of our products and safety for our customers and staff, we have made a a few changes to our policies effective immediately.


All return items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed packing slips within 7 days of receipt of order. We will issue a store credit once the return has be received and inspected, excluding the original delivery charge. QuinNicholee does Not offer refunds, but will gladly offer store credit which can be used for future purchase.

Please email us at quinnicholee@gmail.com for a return merchandise approval email. No returns will be accepted without a return approval email.

How do I submit a return?

*Send us an email with your order number and the word return in the subject line

*In the email please include what the reason for the return is

*You will receive an email detailing the shipping information for your return. Please DO NOT send items back without getting the return approval email from us

 

What items can I return?

You can return your items within 7 days of receiving your order

 *Items must be unworn and in its original condition

 *Items must have no signs of smells

 *Items must be unworn and unwashed 

All Clearance, Accessories,Giveaways, Promotional items are Not returnable.

 

Are there any charges to return items?

 *There is no fee to return

 *All original shipping charges are non refundable

 *You will be responsible for the cost to ship the return back to us. You must purchase your own shipping label.

 

When will I receive my store credit?

 *Once we receive your return and It is inspected, you will receive and email to notify you that your item(s) have made It to us.

 *We will notify you by email if your return item(s) is approved or rejected

 *If your item(s) are approved we will process your return and your store credit email will be sent to you within 5 business days.

 

Final Sale Items

All discounted items and items received through promotion or giveaway can Not be returned. If you used a discount to purchase Clearance items the item is Final Sale and thus does not qualify for store credit.

All Loungewear Items are NOT eligible for return or store credit and is considered Final Sale

We are not responsible for lost packages once shipped and tracking number has been sent. You must submit your claim through USPS. We do not issue refunds for packages that show delivered. If an item is sent back to us, there will be a 15% restocking fee. If your order is returned to us we will issue a store credit munis the 15% restocking fee.
